Condition and Defects Survey
Condition survey can be undertaken for a variety of reasons which may include maintenance planning, developing a scope of work for future programmes of conservation and repair, or simply to understand the condition of a specific element.
Where necessary, non invasive or invasive investigation work can be carried out as part of the condition survey to establish construction and root cause of failure.
Survey Types:
- Building Survey / Periodic Building Survey
- Structure Survey
- Facade Inspection
- Specific survey of building element, for example timber frame, joinery, masonry façade, etc.
